Dogs at the campsite

We are dog lovers too, which is why dogs are welcome on the campsite. However, we are also aware that some people do not wish to be confronted with your dog. Whether directly or indirectly, excessive barking and/or aggressive behaviour can be very disruptive to our other guests. Should we receive any complaints, we will speak to you about taking steps to minimise this disturbance.

For this reason, it is mandatory, amongst other things, to keep your dog on a short lead at all times on the campsite. Dogs must also always be walked outside the campsite. Clearing up any accidents on the campsite and dog mess outside the campsite remains primarily your responsibility. We do not want any nuisance from dog mess, not only on the campsite but also outside it; this is not appropriate in a protected nature reserve.

From the 2026 season onwards, we have designated a fully fenced-off area on the campsite where you can let your dog(s) run around freely.
